OUR MISSION

Homo Ludens' mission is to provide daily opportunities for play, entertainment and interactive art in public space.

With the participation of a) artists - performers, b) city dwellers and c) visitors - players and the fusion of these three into a unified entity, Homo Ludens aims to create the appropriate conditions so that cities can be a field of encounter between play and performative - dramatic actions.

By combining traditional and contemporary techniques, it seeks to integrate the imaginary within the real, in such ways that both the forgotten and the popular corners of the city will present an opportunity for a hybrid exploration, and participants in the actions will be able to acquire a new, integrated, entertaining and at the same time aesthetically sound artistic and participatory experience.
