Homo Ludens in collaboration with Summercinemas.gr presents Filmologies, the ultimate digital trivia game for cinema lovers!
Starting in the summer of 2025, visitors to participating open-air cinemas in Athens will have the chance to take part in an exciting quiz game featuring thousands of questions divided into 9 film categories.
Each player is challenged to answer as quickly and accurately as possible, with only 20 seconds per question, testing their knowledge of both Greek and international cinema.
Each game consists of 10 questions: 9 from each different category and 1 bonus question selected at random.
Players can participate as many times as they like, but must wait at least 48 hours between each attempt, as a countdown timer is set between games.
Each attempt earns points on the leaderboard, where a player's highest score for each day is recorded, along with the total score from all previous games.
Based on their score, players instantly win rewards such as cinema tickets, popcorn, and other unique prizes for their favorite summer cinema, which they have preselected.
Filmologies is a bilingual entertainment app, available for free via summercinemas.gr and homoludens.org, aiming to reward devoted fans of summer cinemas in a fun and educational way.
