The National Alliance for Digital Skills announces the Call for our 2nd Conference!

We are delighted to share that the National Coalition for Digital Skills & Jobs (Greece) has featured and shared the Call for Contributions of the 2nd Panhellenic Interdisciplinary Conference «Game and Digital Culture in the City: Education, Tourism, Entertainment» on its official website (and on its social media channels). This mention is particularly meaningful for Homo Ludens, as the National Coalition is a multi-stakeholder alliance bringing together organisations from the public sector, the private sector, and civil society, with the goal of reducing the digital divide and promoting digital skills across Greek society. Moreover, since July 2019, responsibility for the Coalition’s organisation and operation at national, European, and international level has been placed under the General Secretariat for Digital Governance & Simplification of Procedures of the Ministry of Digital Governance adding important institutional weight to this support.

For us, this recognition reinforces the relevance of the field we cultivate at the intersection of play, digital culture, education, and the city, a space that is increasingly central to contemporary discussions on skills, inclusion, innovation, and meaningful civic participation.
